Hands-free warmth which is great for for cramps, aches and pains or just some nice cosy warmth in cold weather.
Tie it around your body for hands free heat wherever you need it - Neck/shoulders, back, tummy for menstural cramps, anywhere you like!

Comfortably fits up to a 145cm waist - if you require longer straps, just let me know :)
Please Note: Fabric pattern is on the front only. Backing colours may vary to pictures depending on fabric availability but I will always choose something that suits the colours and looks nice.
Instructions:
Place in a clean microwave on high heat for 1 minute, then flip over and heat in 30 seconds increments until desired heat is reached.
Please be careful not to overheat as the lupins may burn or burn your skin. Keep dry - Not washable.

Do not use while sleeping, driving, on infants, or on anyone unable to remove it themselves. Straps are for positioning only. Do not tie tightly or restrict circulation. Do not use on areas with reduced feeling or poor circulation.
Do not use if damaged, damp, burnt, or if it develops an unusual smell. Contains lupin; do not use if allergic to lupin or peanuts. Keep away from open flames.

Keep out of reach of children when not in use. This heat pack is not a toy. Do not use on infants or young children. Children should only use this product under close adult supervision. Always check the temperature before use, as children’s skin can burn more easily.
